I do not even own a webcam so I am a complete noob when it comes to video conferencing. I was wondering what kind of specifications it takes to run a video conference with two other people at the same time.
I'm assuming you need a lot of ram and a decent video card. Does anyone know more specifically what kind of hardware I need for the conference to go smoothly without disconnections and constant freezing?

Also, is it better to have 64 bit windows or 32 bit windows for video conferencing or does that matter much?

doesn't really matter and doesn't take that awesome of a computer to do it

the video quality isn't that great but that's expected

making sure you have enough bandwidth is pretty important though
