If you can find a sublease its gonna be a hell of a lot cheaper. Short term leases are $texas.

My friend just moved out of an apt here a month and half early. It was a decent size one bedroom on the lower floor back of the building where its really quiet. PM me if you want her contact info, the apt is ready now!
