Someone just gave me an old Dell 6300 server with no hard drives. It will only take SCSI hard drives with an SCA connector (80-pin). I think it's ultra 160.

I just need one small drive, if anybody has anything.

I think ultra360 drives will work on an ultra160 card (at ultra160 speeds).

I found an u2w SCA drive today that works just fine. But I might be able to use some ultra320 drives anyways. What do you want for a couple of the smaller ones?

How much for two 9GB's? I can't figure out how to get this stinkin Perc card to boot off a single drive. It's forcing me to create a RAID array, which I can't do with one drive.

you don't have to create an array

the perc config is only if you want to set up RAID

otherwise just install as normal, windows will see the scsi disks separately

i'll check when i get home, i know i've got at least 4 36GB drives.
