So, I've paid like 3 different unlocking companies now that typically give you the unlock code/instruction on how to use it and all of them have came back with they can't find the code for that model. They've refunded my money so I'm not out anything but is there any other way to do this myself? Phone was bought on eBay and I tried calling suncom and seeing if they'd give me the code and they pretty much said hell no haha
Any ideas? I've been trying the cheaper like $10ish per code companies, maybe I'll try one of the ones that charge like 40'ish and see if they can figure it out 4/7/2008 7:54:38 AM |

from what i heard, if you call suncom and tell them you're going out of country, they should provide you the unlocking code. That's what they do with AT&T at least. Do you think the same phone model would have the same unlocking code even with different service providers? I'm about to unlock a 8100 too. 4/7/2008 1:28:04 PM |
