I need somewhere to live for the summer and 2008/09 school year, and someone to rent with me (female only please). I will basically never be there, but to appease my parents I have to have somewhere to pay rent so I'm not technically living with my boyfriend. I currently stay with him in a townhome in MatchPoint neighborhood off of Kildaire Farm Rd. There will be some more townhomes available there starting in May, and it costs $695 for rent for a two bedroom, one and a half bathroom townhome. They aren't furnished, but appliances are there. If someone wants to move in there, or somewhere else for around the same price range, I'll pay part of the rent ($300 if you move there, or we'll talk about it if you move somewhere cheaper), and you'd be responsible for everything else. I would very rarely be there (if at all), and the only furniture I'd have would be in one of the bedrooms of the house, so it's perfect for someone who has furniture already or who wants to decorate from a clean slate. PM me if this sounds like something you'd be interested in and we could talk more. I can show you pictures of my boyfriends place if you'd like, since the other units are exactly the same.

^It just depends on what kind of roommate you're looking for. Some people like to live alone and have a place to themselves, which is basically what this would be, and I'd just be helping to pay. Doesn't really sound like a bad deal to me, but if you're looking for a new friend then yeah, it'd not be the best fit for you.
