I don't know what it is, but my friend who is fixing my laptop says I need some

I went to Radio Shack, the most likely place to get help for that kind of thing, and they didn't know what it is

so if anyone could help me out, that would be sweet

PCB stands for printed circuit board (motherboard)

pcb lacquer is a special lacquer for spraying circuit boards after production to protect them from dust water and any other substance that might get spilt on it

some specialty electronics/computer store should have them, comes in a can like
