I'm moving to Boston from may 20th-august 8th and I won't be able to move anything with me other than essential stuff. The actual days available are late may-early august... but I could only fit so much into the title... and the move in date is negotiable

Full kitchen with all basic cooking pots/pans etc
queen sized bed
L shaped desk
Comfy chair and a half for living room
Big bedroom
walk in closet
bricked in Patio

Rent is $430/month which is less than the actual rent... consider it subsidized...
I just have RR 768k (which is capable of streaming standard def video from Fox/CBS) it's $20/month
Power has run <$40 but I haven't had the heat/AC on so I dunno how much extra that will be...

1 BR so no roomates
No pets allowed per the lease,
It's on the quiet side of Ivy Commons (backs up to Avery Close instead of the Hispanic community)
Well lit parking lot
