We have a rm graduating and moving out, so we need another one starting June 1. Looking to get someone on for a 12 month lease but 6 months is an option as well.

Townhouse is located in Cary in Northwoods Mews Townhomes. Quiet area, partiers need not apply. Takes about ten minutes to drive to the campus area if you'll be attending classes, it never took me longer than half an hour to leave my desk here and get seated in class. Extremely easy to have company as there is ample parking/visitor parking (they claim to enforce towing but I've never once seen anyone get towed and most of the residents don't have passes anyways) and the neighbors are fine.

Rent is going to be $320 plus cable/internet ($37/mo/rm) and share of electricity (usually around $30/rm but goes up in summer, duh). Available room is very simple and clocks in around 10' X 13', though honestly I'd have to measure or check a floor plan to be sure. Email or PM for pics, but keep in mind someone does live in the room at the moment (hence not posting them in the thread). Shared shower/toilet (with me, just not at the same time) but private vanity area. Only drawback to the room is lack of an overhead light and ceiling fan, and the complex will not let you install one, though a good floor lamp has served plenty adequate for current resident as there are two big windows on the outside wall.

Washer/Dryer provided (they're mine), downstairs is furnished (couches, chair, nice tv, grill out on the stoop). Kitchen has expected appliances, plenty of dishes, pots/pans/microwave/etc. Third floor attic has plenty of storage space even with two of us keeping junk in it, so if you have lots of stuff there is a place for it. Downstairs area is plenty spacious and vacant most of the time.

Pets would be considered on a case by case basis, and any associated pet fees are something you would have to pay - nothing in here now in that regard but a betta fish. Generally not preferred but I don't see harm in a cat or something peaceful. I don't think anything over 75 lbs. is allowed by the complex so if you have a big dog I'd close this thread and keep looking.
