I'm assuming it's this one

I can't speak for Falls Lake, but Jordan Lake offers a lot of camping too depending on where you are coming from.

Are you looking to camp close to the car or someplace you want to hike in a little ways?

stayed at Falls last night

aside from boat noise, it's a nice little spot

I've camped in Shinleaf before at Falls Lake.

Not that bad of an area.

Be sure to bring a sleeping mat or something as I think most all of the campsites are gravel.
