My other roomate is graduating and moving out so I'll have two open rooms in the house. Located about a half mile from campus, Wolfline stop is like 100 feet from the house or so. $500 for all utilities and rent, this includes a spot in the garage and a spot in the driveway, so if you have two vehicles this would be ideal for you.

People who should not live here: slobs (not that I'm a neat freak, but yeah), people who don't want to help out at all (cleaning, mowing grass, etc.) People who do not like me working on vehicles because I do that a decent amount; not that it's disruptive or anything.

Its really a great deal for what you are paying for, plus if you don't know anything about cars you will have a pretty decent knowledge when you move out as well. Plus Matt is a good guy and will be very lonely if he has to live there by himself
