Ok, got a presentation this afternoon, need to show before/after videos. Was going to do this on a single PP slide but its not working, the videos are really really choppy/slow. Each individual video works fine on full screen, but when I have each running at the same time it drags. I know its not the hardware... any ideas?

If not, is there a way to have two instances of WMP running simultaneously?

Try it with a different media player maybe? Mplayer2.exe or VLC or something

Try embedding it as QT and see if it works.
