The US is not responsible for the acts of terrorism itself, however our foreign policy on some issues does directly lead to resentment from certain groups.

If we refuse to acknowledge that or refuse to even entertain the idea that our foreign policy may be flawed in some areas and could need adjustment to keep pace with an ever changing world then we are being absolutely stupid. Sticking your head in the sand and proclaiming yourself right on all matters is just as dumb as a policy of appeasement.

Biden never said Bush created terrorists, he said his actions helped increase their number worldwide. I'm pretty sure the increase is in line with a few studies done by the government.

well clearly before Bush took office, we had plenty of security issues (9/11 is pretty compelling evidence of that)

seems we've improved it since then by taking it to them on non-US soil

and say what you want, it is a fact that we havent had any foreign attacks on the continental US since Bush and the govt changed policies after 9/11
