I found this article today and figured it might be helpful to those who have had outragous fees or experiences. It outlines some ideas on how to easily deal with bad customer service, and ultimately get what you want from the company.

There are some pretty good one-line tips there. I used the credit card example line the other day-"what reason do I have to stay with you"... It can be used in a lot of different situations. I don't like what they said about calling the sales line to get customer service, though. It works I'm sure, but I bet it starts to piss off salespeople after a while.
