i have an audio recording that I need to get cleaned up, I tried to clean it up with Wavepad but i dont know how to do it any more than that, its pretty straight forward, but i need all the background noise taken out

anyone know how to do anything like that or can do it for me? its for a legal matter...someone busted in a conversation...and its legal dont worry.

i just need it cleaned up, anyone...can you help? pahleaseeeeeeeeeee

both, its background noise coming from a conversation on a TV.

so yea, its mainly just the TV tho, but the voice is on a whole different frequency

any help?
