I am looking to sublease an single room apartment in Pine Knoll off Avent Ferry Road through August 2008. My rent is currently $525/mo, but I was hoping to sublease it for around $350 and I would cover the rest.

You would be responsible for utilities and cable. Cable is not currently turned on, but there is wireless internet.
