Hey Guys,

I need one person to clean my house this Sunday (or early NEXT week if Sunday is no good for you). I'll need about 4 hours of your time (could be 3, could be 5) and I will pay $12.50/hr. That's $50 total, even if you finish the job early. If you stay later, you'll get paid extra (1/2hr increments).


I have plenty of cleaning supplies, vacuum, and mops/brooms/dustpans for the job.

The house is a 3BR/2.5BA about 1700 sq.ft with a 1 car garage and small basement area (North Raleigh near Crabtree Mall). I just moved out, so it will be empty and open for easy cleaning. You will need to do the following

Throwing away any leftover trash/whatever that is in the house. I have a couple closets that need to be emptied, I will do that myself. Anything extra goes in the trash can. I'll be there the entire time cleaning and fixing a few things that are broken/require maintenance, and when I finish I will help you too.

Here's a breakdown of the rooms. The place is not trashed or in bad shape, just needs some good scrubbing and cleaning to prepare for the next renters. ALL WINDOWS IN ALL ROOMS NEED TO BE WINDEXED/WIPED.

Kitchen:
Cleaning countertops and wiping empty drawers
Sweeping/Mopping the floor
Cleaning the Fridge (must be thorough, it's kinda dirty)
Cleaning Stove and Oven (Flat top range, not hard)


Living Room 1 and foyer entry:
Sweeping the floor and wiping up any dirty or sticky spots
Cleaning ashes out of the wood stove (just scoop into a walmart sack and pitch)

Living Room 2:
Vacuuming the carpet
Scrubbing/Removing spills/stains in the carpet
Wiping Any scuffs or marks in the walls (I have a Mr. Clean eraser)

Hallway:
Sweeping
Wiping scuffs/marks on the walls

Bedrooms 1,2,3:
Sweeping the floors and closets
Wiping scuffs/marks on the walls

Bathroom 1,2 and half bath:
Mopping the floors
Cleaning Shower Stall/Bathtubs
Cleaning Toilets
Cleaning Sinks and Mirrors
The half bath is pretty clean, minor work is required there.


Garage/Basement:

Throw away trash into the trash bins
Help me move a workbench that's in the garage into the next room
Sweeping up the floors
Cleaning Downstairs fridge (just a quick wipe, it's not dirty)
