bitches are about to get a tounge lashing

they lost the broken phone i sent back for warranty replacement
charged me $400 for the phone because they "never received it" when the tracking page clearly shows they did
suspended my service b/c of the $400

i said "fuck this" because no one would help me
and went and got a verizon phone in the meantime until they fix it

i was supposed to have gotten a call from them when all this was straightened out
that never happened
i log on to my online account thing today and see "early termination fee" and my balance has grown to almost $800

i feel sorry for whoever is going to talk to me
normally i'm not an ass b/c it gets you nowhere and it's not their fault
but this has gone WAY too far.

nothin special, wasn't real bad, just some slight damage to the lower portion of her heart, should let her go today after some stress tests

I guess it helped she's a nurse and it happened at their office

her bp went pretty crazy, but last night she was cool and good to go on all vitals, even breathing 100% on room air, pretty sure they are letting her out today


sucks cause she is relatively young for this type of thing... she is 46 or 47

I would make the bastards set it back to zero for wasting your fucking time. If they don't then complain to the FTC. It is kind of odd they "never received" a phone that has a tracking number with proof of delivery.
