I found a freaking FABULOUS one. She covers the Raleigh area- works for Marti Hampton on Lynn Rd. Her name is Sharon Rose. She was amaaazing. Hooked me up with a house in no time- sweet sweet lady!
Also, she is a buyer's agent so she works for YOU and not the seller!

This year it's pretty much impossible for a realtor not to hook you up with a house in no time.
