Doesn't the department that issued it generally want it back? If you just roll up there with some random fob, I don't know that they would reprogram it for you...

^^yeah i'm pretty sure they're using the HID cards for student ids now just like they did for employee badges

that being said, i'd like to have it - can use it for a personal project.
