According to this marketing link, Raycom is planning to do all of their ACC and SEC football games in HD and are currently looking for a presenting sponsor for both.

Along with the ESPN announcement (all games on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, and ABC will be broadcast in HD), it looks like pretty much all of our games on TV will be broadcast in HD this season

and somehow I don't think anybody will be able to watch ESPNU games in HD

Speaking of Doc Walker, we can't forget his most favorite buzzword: PLAYMAKER. I think I started to count when I was watching last year's UNC game after we got back from Carter Finley, but I couldn't find my abacus.

To me, Doc Walker = Most Frustrating Announcer in College Football.

i still want ESPNEWSHD. They show it on ESPN2HD every once in awhile and it looked nice. I like the new graphics on there.

ESPN must be shelling out some money then because those ESPNU productions were fucking horrible last year. Mainly for basketball though.

Yeah, TWC won't get it for another 49812 years. I thought the contract they signed for ESPN2HD also allowed ESPNEWSHD to be added?

^It did, as well as ABC Family and Toon Disney (have all 3 on Fish, although the latter two arent anything special as they rarely have HD content). It didnt include ESPNUHD though. TWC has deals with a ton of channels (CNN, Cinemax, Starz, TMC, History, the Discovery suite, etc), and yet Raleigh has added virtually none of them and shows no plans to do so.

i just don't like fucking 12 Noon games. Except for the BC @ State game, I want that to be 12.

Which means ESPN will pick it up for a 8:00 game
