...the desktop?

i want to send myself nzb files to a specific email address and allow thunderbird to run a rule, move it to a folder, and then extract the nzb attachments to the desktop so newsleecher will automatically start to download it.

any easy way to do this? my backup is to set up an FTP where i can just place these files onto the desktop but email would obviously be easier.
