3 things:

1.) My boot time is much longer than it use to be, say about 4 minutes, compared to 2 minutes in the past. I haven't added anything to cause this increase in time.

2.) A Google toolbar window pops up each time I startup. I have unistalled anything google and it still there

3.) I get a "failed to load launcher.dll" error for apoint.exr each time I startup. I believe this dll file has to do with the touchpad, so I reinstalled that driver, but that didn't work.

A screen shot for 2 & 3 is below. Any solutions?
