I learned more German using Pimsleur audio lessons in 2 weeks than I did in 2 months of one-on-one teaching sessions. So i would imagine their Spanish is good too

^ aha I shouldn't laugh but it's true. My friend in high school had a pretty solid command of Spanish after working there for two years.

I was in the Chapel Hill Library and I was browsing audio books then found one for Pimsleur's spanish. So i checked it out to refresh my spanish.

but check your library.

it's expensive but you can buy them on ebay 1 at a time and sell them back when you're done. i went through the first 3 levels and probably only spent $20-$30 on fees and shipping after buying and selling them back after i finished

Costco always has a few foreign language books & cd's. Every time I go there, I tell myself I'll get one next time.
