^ yes actually there are only about 10g of carbs in the whole cheese pack... so comparatively speaking... umm... the noodles are the carbs... (for the most part)

i don't like velveeta but i do like the KRAFT mac and cheese deluxe which is pretty much the same deal BUT i hate that the pouch cheese is so thick/sticky so i still use milk and margarine in that kind too (i just kinda guess on the amount). it makes it perfect and creamy

^ that is true. and the frozen kind you get (the boston market frozen kind) is still pretty damn good.

i kinda like stouffer's the like family style frozen kind too.
