I've recently purchased a 16 gig touch and I'm been working to get my google calendar to sync with it. Since there is not a program out for it yet, I have to Sync the calendars through Outlook. It's not that big of a hassle since Google has the Calendar Sync program which will sync the google calendar to the outlook calendar every 20 mins (or time of your choosing).

The problem I'm having is setting up recurring events on the Ipod touch does not make it to the google calendar. It shows up on my outlook calendar but will not go to google. The only work around I've found is opening up the Series, go to Recurrence, click ok, then save. It will then sync it with Google. I do not have this problem with single events.

Any ideas? or do I just wait until the App Store comes out and google writes a program to stream it through wireless?

On a semi-related note, when the hell are they going to release an SDK that can be run in Windows?

SDK = software development kit

You can write programs for the ipod touch on your computer and then load them on.

But the SDK only works under the mac operating system (OS2, is it?)
