ok so yeah his $300 price is too high. but theres no way in hell i'd sell mine for $40.

when you think about it these 2.5G ones should hold their value nicely since the 3g ones will be expensive for the unlocking community (anyone who wants to use it on a non-at&t network) for a while due to the forced at&t contract for each phone.

I'm not certain about the new iphones, but the old ones can be unlocked and be used without the required plan. If they do, I would sign a contract with them again!

4: Re-engineer phone with much better specs and launch at 1/4 the price.
Watch your new Iphone becomes a smash hit now that it is an affordable High end phone.

5: ATT Contract Exhausts & Iphone becomes an even larger "Smash Hit" than the RAZR as the phone hits stores of Verizon, Sprint, TMobile..etc.
