3 Bedroom townhome just inside Hunter's Creek off of Kaplan Dr. with one room available. Move in first week of August for a 12 month lease (9 months can be negotiated if necessary). Rent will be 330 a month, utilities will be around 90 a month (per person) ~115 for cable-internet, ~40 water/sewer, ~80-100 electricity, trash is covered by the city I'm pretty sure. Updated appliances, landlord real easy to get along with, just pay your rent and you never see him. Large bedrooms, 3 full baths. Loft-style living space upstairs overlooking downstairs living room. Roommates are male undergraduates junior/senior. We don't have pets (aside from the tank on my desk), and if you do we'll see what can be done.
