Compaq SFF PC (i used it to hook up with my tv, and linux project)
12000mhz Celeron, 384mb memory, 40gb HD, Wireless Card. Onboard Sound, Video, and has 2 PCI slots open (Full height!). This PC is really compact.
Runs windows XP great, but you will need to format hard drive to your likings. $40

Everything works good, except i accidently bent 1 pin in the Athlon 64 processor (hence free)
