Well, it might be sketchier than you like considering its proximity to Western. That's the only thing I could guess that could be wrong with the neighborhood. I'll let somebody who knows the area better chime in.

I've been to them once to see a friend. He said he liked it. I thought they were pretty clean inside and there seemed to be plenty of space (the kitchen seemed kinda small). Couldnt tell you about the neighbors although my friend seemed to be friends/friendly with most of them.

i actually was looking at some places by them earlier this summer but found another place cause they don't allow pets. they looked nice and the guy i talked to was nice, plus its real close to like everything... which could be a pro or a con.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I just moved out after a 2-year stint.

Crime city. I've seen 3 car break-ins while i lived there, two friends, and one was mine.

Landlord is a complete freakshow. trust me, you don't want any part of this. the rent is cheap, but you're paying for what you get every bit of the way.

Oh yeah and enjoy the $130+ power bill every month if you go for it.

yeah good call bro, it's ghetto as hell. i didnt look around the neighborhood at ALL before i signed which was a HUGE mistake. that fucking islamic center or whatever down the street was almost the end of me.
