Plain microwaved oatmeal with peanut butter stirred in for protein, a glass of milk, and a multivitamin. I've eaten that 3 days in a row and it holds me for a good 4 hours.
It's amazing how cheap a healthy and filling breakfast can be. A serving of oatmeal (out of the big box, not in packets), 2 scrambled eggs, milk and OJ costs about a dollar and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. I don't see why so many people skip breakfast or buy greasy crap on the road. 7/10/2008 11:15:40 AM

When I got back on this work out kick I decided I was going to have 2 hard boiled eggs every morning. I would buy a dozen eggs, boil the whole thing, and just put them in the fridge.
