I used to think it was horrible because of the texture, but for some reason I felt like trying it again, and now I love it. I buy the ginormous tub from Sam's.

^ I love some cottage cheese with fresh fruit. too bad I can't have it anymore

as for my breakfast- I had some grits when I got back from the gym. Was planning on granola with blueberries, but I'm out of granola.

Plain microwaved oatmeal with peanut butter stirred in for protein, a glass of milk, and a multivitamin. I've eaten that 3 days in a row and it holds me for a good 4 hours.

It's amazing how cheap a healthy and filling breakfast can be. A serving of oatmeal (out of the big box, not in packets), 2 scrambled eggs, milk and OJ costs about a dollar and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. I don't see why so many people skip breakfast or buy greasy crap on the road.

When I got back on this work out kick I decided I was going to have 2 hard boiled eggs every morning. I would buy a dozen eggs, boil the whole thing, and just put them in the fridge. That lasted about 2 weeks, but now i keep forgetting to get eggs when I go to the store. Got them on my list for this weekend though
