C:\Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\BIN>db2licm -l
'db2licm' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

start -> programs -> DB2 (may be under IBM DB2 or something similar) -> DB2 CLP

type command in there
