Wondering if any of you image gurus can help me out on something. I had someone that is good with this stuff put together a marquee for a homebuilt arcade cabinet and I need a color change to the image. I can't have her do it because she's too busy I guess and I can't really get ahold of her anymore.
Its a .ai file and I just need the text color changed. You can see a thumbnail of the marquee here:
I just need the orange colored "Arcade Anthology" changed to pink. I have the exact hex digits for the pink shade I need. If anyone can help just send me a PM and I can email you the actual .ai file. I will be greatly appreciative if anyone has some spare time to help a brother out. Thanks! 7/24/2008 11:13:46 AM |

Sounds like you need Illustrator help. Isn't .ai an Adobe Illustrator file? 7/24/2008 11:15:58 AM |

I don't see on my PS where it supports .ai files, although it should, seeing as how they're both owned by Adobe, right? 7/24/2008 11:22:23 AM |

You really don't want to rasterize a vector file unless you have a reason to. Keep filesize small ftw.7/24/2008 11:37:02 AM |

Not really, photoshop handles pdf's just fine, and for half a grand, it had better edit my damned ASCII art if I ask it to. 7/24/2008 8:43:20 PM |

geez, i've never seen people get so fucking haughty over programs they most likely can't use
if by some odd happenstance you cant get up with Tyler(^) needles, send me an IM tomorrow (kiljadn on AIM), and I'll do it for you.
I'd do it right now actually if you were on, but you don't seem to be. 7/24/2008 11:58:58 PM |
