I am trying to remove a BIOS pw that someone at work placed on a computer. I tried removing the CMOS battery for a couple minutes to see if it would reset the pws but it didnt work. Any suggestions?

The computer is an Dell Optiplex 330?

you need to move the jumper on the motherboard and then put it back... this usually erases all the bios settings and password

Got the info from the Dell manual linked to that site and it worked. Thanks for the help.
