found this in the boat

seems like some sorta heating element. just curious on why it was in the boat.

It looks familiar, but I can't place where I've seen it.
Maybe they used it to heat a livewell?

yeah, thats what i was thinking.. ill try tracing the wires (the wires on the heating element have been cut)

what's the cord go to? is it a 110v plug on the end of that cord? is it hooked to the boat battery or what?

i forgot how many wires it had.. i looked quickly to see if i could find the other end. but the mosquitos got the best of me. ill give it another try later on
