this is why I no longer use facebook/myspace.... The applications were over-the-top.

the only one i use even moderately is bumper stickers. you don't have to use themplus this was an ad on the side of the screen. it wasn't an application. Jen just came in here and Jen'd my thread up[Edited on August 1, 2008 at 12:25 PM. Reason : ]

Even better: You're probably aware that they have the sidebar ads based on your profile. If you are single it’s all about getting a date. If you're engaged it’s all about getting a wedding ring / honeymoon trip. If you're married... back to the dates.The dude in my office pointed this out after I pointed out that after not clicking the "looking for a hot girl?" ad for like 100 pages Facebook decides "hmmm... how bout a dude?"
