Our current roommate is commissioning with the Marines this weekend, so he will no longer be needing his room.

The house is 3 bedrooms and a loft, for a total of 4 people. The loft is the area up for sublease.
Currently we have 1 female and 3 males. This works well, because the upstairs bathroom is shared. However, females are welcome, too! We are all 22/23, finishing up undergrad or in grad school.

Rent is $337.50 + 1/4 utilities (we have Road Runner, Dish Network with DVR, and the usual gas/h2o/electric)
The house is already furnished with the necessities, and the room can come with or without its current furniture (futon, desk, etc.)

For the right person, monthly rent rate & security deposit are negotiable.

^ZJ will be gone soon... it's either getting fixed & moving to Asheville, or just getting towed to Asheville

Loft has great square footage and a closet... but it is open. No door and one wall is a half wall that overlooks the house (there's no way to see in it from downstairs because our ceilings are so tall (unless you're leaning over the banister), and the way it's situated it's not like you're open to the house)

I'm having difficulty uploading the pics, I'm hoping to actually have some up by tonight.
