after havin my other car broken into.an old guy just pulled out in front of me on south saunders. he cut across 2 lanes then into my lane and i hit him in the rear quarter panel. he admitted fault to me and the officer. " i'm so sorry for doing that i didn't see you i should have looked my wife is going to kill me for wrecking her car" then said the same to the officer . i asked if that was documented and the officer goes the insurance companies will determine fault and then told me "leave your bumper or whatever" again. now i'm stressing bc the officer didn't note anything didn't give a ticket or citation and i bc of where i hit him. i just don't want old guy to change his story when it comes to the insurance people. his wife was complaining about back pains should i be looking for a lawyer?

nah, don't stress it until insurance makes a decision. don't worry, your insurance company will fight for you. it's in their best interest to do so. if it comes down to it, the officer will also testify in court that the guy admitted fault. officers write down very detailed descriptions of conversations and events at the scene.

yea now my mom is driving me crazy sayin that both the bodily injury and property damage people have called her telling her exactly how much coverage we have. shes sayin that i'm gonna be charged bc they don't usually do that unless it's ur fault even though they have yet to get into contact with the other driver.so is right.

WOOT WOOT i can stop shittin bricks his insurance just called and said they want to set me up for repair. thanks guys
