need dresser, preferably taller, but I am very flexible on this

also need desk.

Let me know what you got, or post a pic. I will pic up tonight if there is anything you are dying to get rid of at a low price...thanks!

I've got a 20" RCA CRT TV I'm looking to get rid of. I'll throw in a free TV stand if you like (it's wobbly and cheap, but it works, and I'm dumping it when I get rid of this TV one way or the other). It has a coaxial input only, and the remote control's down-channel button doesn't work. All the number buttons work so you can change directly to channels that way. Still, if you pick up a $5 universal remote this thing works fine. I'm testing it now using my cable hookup and it goes through the channels just fine, has good color, and the speaker sounds clear.

The TV was built in 1995 and hasn't been used all that much (I have a new TV that I got shortly after a family member handed this TV over to me, lol). Still, it should be fine for veedya games.

Make me an offer. You can pick it up tonight if you like.

20" Magnavox TV here. I can't seem to find the remote, same boat as Mindstorm with the coaxial input. Works great in the color aspect and sound. I've got a black TV stand (particle board) that rolls with a moveable shelf on it you can have with the TV. I used this TV all the time when I was rooming in the dorms.

I have a year old Sharp Aquos 36" 1080p lcd tv that still runs as well as the day I bought it. Remote and hdmi cable included.
I also have a 2-drawer long by 3-drawer tall dresser. A marble color. 3' or so mirror included.

Make an offer. Pictures available upon request. You can pick it up tonight if you like.

Thanks, folks...I'm going to see if anyone has a tv/vcr or tv/dvd combo because I don't have cable in my room and it would be nice for it to be consolidated. Someone had just the thing on sale here about a week and a half ago, same for the dresser, but of course it was sold by the time I got up here, lol. I find TWW nominally less sketch than CL, but I've been looking on there too.

Will get back to you about the TV in a couple of days, just seeing what people have right now...

Actually, for the bookshelf staples, right now, has a 50% off sale on new shelves. Let me get the link, I saw it on my deal hunting site...

OK wait, nevermind, ignore that. They have 30-50% off sales on their bookshelves on the regular. Watch bensbargains.net and another deal will probably pop up in a couple of weeks.

I saw an ad for some decent & really cheap bookshelves at CVS, you should check them out. Also watch craigslist for the boxspring. I've seen some on there for free before.
