Anyone have a recommendation?http://tinyurl.com/59l4rkThis seems to have mixed reviews (bad chargers and such)I'm really interested in saving a little money and being a little more green every time i've got to mow.

Its also nice not to have to mess with 2 stroke oil or keep yanking on a pull starter

Homelite is a shit company an electric lawn mower would be nice (quiet) but homelite only makes shit... so i would stay away from THAT one but maybe look for a more robust electric mower

I've heard good things about electric lawn mowers in general (quiet as heck, very easy to start, no gas or oil needed). As long as your lawn isn't huge, I'd go for it.I agree with sumfoo1, what he said

I agree with above...stay away from Homelite products. They are shitty products. I bought a Homelite string trimmer and it fell apart after two days. I have heard similar stories from many others.

as odd as this sounds, i like electric mowers that have to have a cord. yes, i am proud to say i've never run over my extension cord.

black & decker makes a pretty nice one that my dad bought a year or two ago. Works really good, very quiet. The only down side is that it uses an extension cord so large lawns would be a hassle. But it's very light and surprisingly easy to maneuver. This is the one we have:http://www.blackanddecker.com/ProductGuide/Product-Details.aspx?ProductID=2508They also have this one:http://www.blackanddecker.com/ProductGuide/Product-Details.aspx?ProductID=16345

Cordless electric mowers usually go about an hour on a full charge.
