So my fiancee is headed to law school this coming semester and she reads the "Carolina Law Class of 2011" group list on Facebook.

What he's talking about is a "Hardship" parking permit. 1L's at UNC aren't allowed parking permits unless there's some sort of extenuating circumstance. This guy here is trying to figure out what he can do to cheat the system it would appear.
