Is it just me or do most of them have giant gaps in their knowledge about common sense things?Seems to generally revolve things that have changed with technology, which makes sense, but man it is striking sometimes. You'll go about having a normal conversation and then all of a sudden you hit something you thought everyone knew about and they have no clue. I must be getting old.

I completely agree.Just the other day I tried to strike up an innocent conversation about my He-Man Action figurine collection with a very attractive, high school I'm assuming, female. Of particular interest to me is the classic Masters of the Universe series introduced between 1981 and 1982 which included such awesomeness as Mer-Man, Stratos, and my personal favorite: Skeletor. She looked at me as if I had a second head growing out of my shoulder, smacked her twice mouth twice- I'm guessing because she had some bubblecious action going on in there, and just walked away. What a bitch.
