stop eating shit fooddo situps till its painful, and then do 10 more.then use the same logic for pushups

People on here who work out frequently have different goals. Also, like in the real world, 90-95% (maybe more) don't know what the hell they are talking about. So decide what your goal(s) are, ie shed a few pounds, become stronger, more flexible, run a marathon, do a triathalon, gain mass, etc. Then take advice sparingly, from TWW, from books, from trainers, it doesn't matter. In the long run, playing around until you find something that works for you, will give you the best results..[Edited on August 20, 2008 at 9:15 AM. Reason : a]

i recently started getting into yoga.and by that i mean taking a YRG class

I have just been doing some videos. It is really nice to be flexible and not pull muscles. One probably pulls muscles all the time. Primarily his dick, at home, alone.

the low impact stuff is great for stretch, but the high impact stuff is better for anger management and temper control... really helps you get centered.heh, the instructor claims that YRG was created by a former pro wrestler. i looked it up and it's diamond dallas page.interesting.

I don't know about YRG. Link me?I have a beginner's fitness guide to krav maga coming. That should be fun.

http://www.yrgworkoutllc.comit stands for "Yoga for Regular Guys"they have certified trainers at different facilities around the country... the one i go to is taught by a traditional yoga instructor, but altered to fit the YRG plan.
