Rent is 275$ including utilities for a room in a town house at the intersection of Kaplan and Kent. Has cable, wireless internet, nice downstairs with a spacious kitchen and fenced-in patio. It is very close to state and on the Wolfline and CAT bus systems. Has two awesome roommates who are State students. Preferably we are looking for a female to sign a lease until the end of the school year.
