i think we can guess which "vehicle" the victim was part of. but who knows. and we (me and 2 other folks last night) were just talking about how motorcycle awareness has risen around here.

a rise in motorcycle awareness does not mean a rise in the general awareness of folks on the road. if you could ban cell phone use on the road, and putting your makeup on and such then motorcycle awareness would rise much more quickly, due to less distractions.

they're still hard to see... i think they should be legally allowed to go 5-10 miles faster than traffic

i dont get some of these bikers... specialy the darker ones. do they go slow on the highway just to show off?

yesterday one was like side by side with us, clear road ahead so he wasnt caught in traffic. he was all looking back, riding one hand, even rode no hands for a bit.. then all of a sudden he gassed it.

perhaps he was looking for cops, but thats how you get hurt. idiot just gassed it weaving through traffic. he was a skinnier black guy on a yellow ducati with a yellow helmet with those funny looking yellow plush spikes on the top.

5-10 faster than the limit would be the same speed as traffic thus not making a difference
