looking for a fuel filter with 3/8" hose barb for inlet and outlet.

i know something like this came in some car somewhere.. anyone know? perhaps an older domestic?

yeah, tons of carb'd cars had stuff like that. just go to advance and take your pick. they used to have a rack with "generic" filters like that, but almost any older domestic or japanese car will do.

or, if you want fancy chrome/anodized cartridge type hit up summitracing or jegs...

go and ask for a late 70s ford filter or something like that. not gm, as they had the filters in the carb.

If you're nice and seem like you know what you're talking about, they'll let you check individual boxes. Look towards the first few purolator part numbers (first 10-15) if I recall.

i just went up to autozone (new bern ave, sorry jeepman) and just dug through what they had on the shelf.. found something that will work but i have no idea what it is for/from...

a friend also did the first startup on his car since he redid his turbo setup.. its pretty insane. he's looking for 400whp on pump gas (1.8t), but one of his o2 sensor bungs is kind of screwed up.. looks like some splatter from when the bung was welded in.. anyone got a tap for that, from what i can tell it is a 18mm x 1.5mm thread pitch
