just watched all of S1 for the first time in the past 2-3 weeks. Really, really good. Some of the funniest scenes I've ever seen on TV were in that season: 1) Hank and that woman got high in Bill's room, then were having sex when Hank fell backwards into the painting, then fell off the bed and threw up all over the painting, then everyone else in the house came into the room, then the girl on the bed threw up. 2) Hank and Charlie were having that pseduo-threesome (Hank was laying there, Charlie was going down on that girl), and she squirted all over his face right when their wives came in the room
I was surprised by the season finale, though.... It ended with a perfectly happy ending? All the characters spent the entire season being miserable, and then at the end they all lived happily ever after? That was weird.... Maybe they were hedging their bets in case there wasn't a season 2 9/24/2008 10:47:03 PM |

I think there were a couple of different endings shot. I didn't really get it either, but things seem to be working in the first two episodes of season 2.9/24/2008 11:19:43 PM |

anyone still watch this show? it's a little over the top (especially the scene in the bang bus or whatever), but still one of the best shows on tv 10/21/2008 4:07:55 PM |

i love runkel's wife and her whore of a nose. so glad hank and karen have split up, the show is so much better when he isn't with her. 11/25/2008 10:00:37 PM |

i thougth the last 2 episodes were good. Didn't expect Ashby to die, and his statue was awesome.
2 nit-picks 1) There seemed to have been several weeks, if not at least 2 months or so, between episode 11 and episode 12. All the plotlines seemed to have progressed as if there was that much time, except for the Becca/Damien thing. When Hank found it, it was as if that had happened a day or two earlier. oh well 2) i was surprised at how easily Karen gave up and left Becca in LA with Hank 12/15/2008 10:40:11 PM |
