I'm assuming that you're wanting a room mate and apartment as soon as possible, however, just incase I thought I'd reply. I'm also a grad student and looking for someone that would be responsible to live with so I can save some money. Unfortunately, my current lease doesn't expire until the end of Jan. Hey you two, I'm a 23 year old at NCSU and my girlfriend and I just broke up.

We are trying to find someone to take over our leases. It's a 2BR 2 full bath apartment for $535/month and each of you would be signing separate leases.

It's located near Thisledown and Trailwood. The CAT bus stop is right across the street. The apartment has a pool view (GREAT POOL) and has a full-size washer and dryer hooked up.
