Hey.. someone at my work is looking for a babysitter in the mornings 8:30-12:30, Mon-Thurs. She has a 1.5 year old girl and a 3 year old girl. She lives in Cary. I'm not sure the specifics about pay, etc. If interested PM and I'll put you in touch with her.

Thanks,

i'll never understand how someone could let some random person off the internet watch their kids. i wouldn't trust someone off the internet to watch my dog, much less my [future] kids. i guess refrences would be required but still

i've gotten a fair amount of babysitting jobs from craigslist and the ncsu job listing. if the people were smart they would talk to your references and also meet you beforehand. as many creeps as there are online, there's also normal people.

i guess it is different once you have kids, but i feel like i would not want mine in the care of a non-relative at least until they could talk

A majority of parents feel this way and I think that it the way that it should be done (if you can). Or buy a nanny cam.

But a 1.5 and 3 year old are definitely old enough to talk.
