My dad and his side of the family have a history of heart problems, and I'm not the young pup I once was, so I'm getting my cholesterol checked in the morning. Anybody who guesses my cholesterol correctly gets a postcard from my doctor's office (don't ask me why my doctor's office has their own postcards)

yeah i think i'm pretty much fucked big time on the heart thing. i'll tell you what, though. i had this insane pain in my chest last friday. i doubt i'll ever smoke again. pretty easy to quit when you're scared of pain.

I have the same deal with cholesterol. I've replaced all the beef in my diet with turkey (Turkey burgers really isn't that bad) and started doing Wii Fit every day.
