The manager goes and takes some class about sanitation ratings or something and they get 2 or 10 points for it or something.

yep, its from the training classes that add points.

ServeSafe certification only adds one point to your score, regardless of how many employees possess it (iirc)


but crap like that is what adds to your sanitation rating, possibly pushing it over 100%

The Hagen's paid off the sanitation people. They own most of the Taco Bell's in the area.
